BitGive And Uphold Partnership To Help Improve User Experience

By Mark Lemon – Cryptocurrency Expert

BitGive, which is reportedly the first non-profit charity accepting donations in cryptocurrencies, has partnered with Uphold. The partnership will see the donation tracking platform GiveTrack integrated with Uphold via API, allowing users to buy Ethereum and donate to any the charitable projects on the platform.

The integration with Uphold has been stated to make the GiveTrack platform accessible to anyone, anywhere whist providing complete transparency and a smooth donation tracking experience. The platform can only accept four different cryptocurrencies, however, the partnership with Uphold will allow users to buy and sell cryptocurrency into one that is accepted.

Along with 23 traditional global currencies, any individual seeking to donate to the platform can buy Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash or Dash. GiveTrack plan to extend the number of supported cryptocurrencies to allow more donations.

The Uphold platform is a trusted and transparent digital money platform for quick access to traditional currencies, Cryptocurrencies and other investments. The platform was chosen by BitGive as leverage to reach a wider audience. The platform has been said to be looking for real-world use cases in which the philanthropic ecosystem of GiveTrack can provide. This platform will provide donors that buy cryptocurrency with a level of transparency and efficiency not previously experienced whilst allowing recipients to make the most of their funding.
