Elon Musk Hopes Coinbase will list Dogecoin

Kenny - Cryptocurrency Enthusiast

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said he expects Coinbase to list Dogecoin (DOGE) on its platform. When this occurs, Coinbase will accelerate the acceptance of DOGE with institutional investors.

Elon Musk said he requires Coinbase to add Dogecoin features to its peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto exchange. Only then will Coinbase push DOGE's visibility to institutional investors internationally.

Elon was responding to a Twitter question. The Twitter community asked Elon if Coinbase would add Dogecoin to its website.

When Musk noticed the question, he replied, "yes”.

In contrast to Elon's latest tweets and Dogecoin publicity, it seems like he's actually keeping an eye on the coin to invest in cryptocurrency again in the near future.

Also, Dogecoin popularity is on the rise due to Musk's many positive tweets. Recently, Elon went to Twitter, where he posted "Literally...on the moon." He also updated his Twitter bio to "Doge all day, Doge all night," which created huge hype.

In fact, the Dallas Mavericks basketball team has announced that they are now welcoming DOGE transactions.

This ensures that people can pay for tickets and goods using Dogecoin. Besides Dallas Mavericks, the leading sporting brand Wooter Apparel and the medicinal provider CovCare have both added Dogecoin as their payment method.

Dogecoin's price is $0.062332 with a 24-hour trading rate of $2,707 at the time of publication, as per CoinGecko.
