NFL team the Miami Dolphins just adopted Litecoin (LTC) as their official cryptocurrency, as detailed through CryptoDaily making them the first American football team to do so.
This adoption is a huge step forward for the Litecoin Foundation who announced that: “this unique partnership creates a powerful alignment between Litecoin and one of the world’s most recognizable sports brands in the Miami Dolphins.” Many Litecoin advocates will be happy to hear this news with hopes it will induce more to buy Litecoin.
