How to Place a Buy Order
To Buy Coins, all you need to do is fill out the relevant order details, make payment on the next page and you will then receive your coins.
We accept payments via Bank Transfer or Card Payment. We have provided a more detailed explanation below:
(Paying via Bank Transfer)
1. Fill out your relevant Order Details:
Select your Coin: Select the Cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.
Payment Method: Select Bank Transfer.
Select your Currency: Select the currency you wish to make payment with (GBP or EUR).
Total Spend on Order: Enter the total amount you wish to spend on your order with all our fees included (no hidden fees!)
Your Wallet Address: Copy and Paste your Wallet Address to receive the coins. If you are storing your Coins within our Coin Storage, please type ‘Coin Storage’. What is a Wallet Address?What is BC Bitcoin Coin Storage?
Additional Wallet Information: Enter any Additional Wallet Information such as a MEMO or Tag. What is additional wallet information? What is a MEMO or Tag?
Referred By: Enter the name of the person who referred you to our platform or their unique referral code. If no one referred you, feel free to leave this blank.
2. On the next page, you will be presented with an Order Confirmation to confirm if the details provided are correct. If correct, select Proceed to Payment.
3. On the next page, you will be presented with our account details to make payment to with a unique payment reference. Once you have made payment via your online banking platform, select ‘Confirm I Have Sent Payment’. Once payment is received, your order can be processed. How fast are payments received? What happens if my payment is received outside of operating hours?
4. Your coins will then appear in your wallet once confirmed on the network, you should also receive an email confirming completion of your order. How fast do coins arrive to my wallet after my order is completed?
If you store your coins with us in our Coin Storage, your coins will be automatically deposited into your Holdings within our Coin Storage, and you will also receive an email confirming completion of your order.What is BC Bitcoin Coin Storage?

Select your Coin: Select the Cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.
Payment Method: Select Debit/Credit Card.
Select your Currency: Select the currency you wish to make payment with (GBP or EUR).
Total Spend on Order: Enter the total amount you wish to spend on your order (or the amount of coin you wish to receive) which contains all our fees included (no hidden fees!). This will then present a locked-in coin amount based on the live market price that you will receive after your order is completed.
