A Software wallet like Exodus is a piece of encrypted software that can be downloaded onto your smartphone or PC and allows you to send and receive Cryptoassets; wallet addresses are prominently displayed, and many assets are supported by Exodus. A Hardware wallet such as a Ledger device is known as Cold Storage. Cold Storage is a piece of Hardware like a USB that is plugged into your PC and allows you to send and receive Cryptoassets. Cold Storage is considered the safest way to store your Cryptoassets as once it is disconnected from your PC, it is disconnected from the internet.
Different wallets support different coins so always ensure your wallet is compatible with what you are looking to purchase. Different assets have different wallet addresses so always ensure you copy and paste your unique wallet address for that coin. Always conduct your due diligence and research into any wallet provider you are looking to use and ensure you back up your wallet!

You have the option to safely withdraw your assets or exchange them to GBP or EUR and subsequently withdraw. We have streamlined the withdrawal process to ensure convenience for our clients.4. **Conversion of Assets:**
To convert your Holdings to fiat please log in to your BC Bitcoin account and submit a sell order for the amount of coin you hold with us. During the process you will shown how much you will receive and asked the bank details you wish to receive payment to. In addition, you can request the conversion by emailing info@bcbitcoin.com from your registered email address.
